  • Referrals to specialist support if you need extra help.


Support for access and participation

If you need adjustments to support your learning, tell us as early as you can. We’ll work with you to understand what’s needed and what can be put in place.

Your information is handled respectfully and only shared with people who need it to support you.


RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning)

You may be able to gain credit for skills and knowledge you already have. The Student Support Team can explain how RPL works and what evidence you’ll need.

Complaints, feedback, and appeals

If something isn’t working, tell us. We’ll listen and explain your options.

How to get faster help

  • Include your full name and the course or qualification code.
  • Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened.
